5. Dublin‑Laurens County Recreational Association (DLCRA)
We’re looking forward to our latest design-build project with the Dublin-Laurens County Recreation Authority: a 52,000-square-foot indoor sports complex at Southern Pines Park. This new facility will deliver an array of versatile recreation spaces aimed at enhancing local community well‑being and promoting healthy lifestyles. We’re proud to collaborate with DLCRA to transform Southern Pines Park into a dynamic hub for sports and community events.
Key Features:
- 52,000 sq. ft. recreational facility
- Full turf fields and diverse sports areas that include dedicated zones for soccer, basketball, and pickleball
- Incorporates batting cages and various sports flooring materials to support multiple athletic activities

6. Frontier Meats
Frontier Meats is transforming an industrial shell into a state-of-the-art, light-industrial cold-storage and meat-processing hub. The floor plan has been approved, exterior renderings are in hand, and the project is heading into permitting—poised to break ground once civil work wraps. Collaboration sits at the heart of the build: 4 specialty consultants (civil, design-build/architectural, UltraSource for process equipment, plus an additional vendor) are coordinating to integrate large-scale meat-processing machinery, specialized refrigeration systems, and complex electrical runs. This facility will enable Frontier Meats to streamline storage, processing, and distribution of frozen products while maintaining stringent temperature controls and food-safety standards.
Key Features:
- High‑performance industrial design focused on safety and workflow
- 6-inch insulated metal panels (IMPs) on both walls and ceilings—an atypical ceiling solution that maximizes thermal efficiency in refrigeration zones
- Temp-controlled freezer “box-in-a-box,” dedicated processing/assembly lines, packaging areas, and separate ambient rooms
- Raised roof structure to accommodate oversized processing equipment
- High-capacity electrical infrastructure and specialized mechanical systems tailored to food-grade operations

7. Wesley Methodist Church
Designed to nestle into its wooded site, Wesley Methodist Church blends traditional church architecture with a rustic, nature-forward aesthetic. The floor plan—recently signed off—preserves existing vegetation and uses warm palettes of wood, stone, and neutral/dark finishes to complement the landscape. A steeply sloped roofline, steeple (originally envisioned as a side bell tower), and custom stained-glass windows reinforce classic sanctuary character, while a covered portico, generous foyer, and vestibule ensure a welcoming arrival. Classrooms flanking the main hall were planned with future expansion in mind: walls can be removed to enlarge the congregation area as membership grows.
Key Features:
- Floor-plan finalized; square footage TBD
- Wood, stone, neutral/dark colors for a rustic feel; traditional steep-sloped roof with prominent steeple
- 10-ft entry doors; covered portico leading to foyer and vestibule
- Custom windows with stained glass accents; arched motif echoed in circular clerestory window
- Building footprint preserves existing vegetation for a natural campus setting
- Side classroom wings designed for easy removal to expand the main sanctuary/congregation space for future expansion
