The project brings together a highly coordinated team—including architecture, MEP, process equipment specialists, and consultants—to deliver a facility tailored to the unique demands of cold-chain operations.

At the core of the design is a temperature-controlled “box-in-a-box” freezer system, supported by specialized refrigeration, processing lines, and carefully planned workflows. The building is engineered to accommodate large-scale equipment and strict food safety requirements, with structural and systems integration playing a critical role throughout.
- 4″, 6″, and 8″ insulated metal panels (IMPs) on walls and ceilings for optimal thermal performance
- Box-in-a-box freezer system with dedicated ambient and processing areas
- Raised roof structure designed to accommodate oversized processing equipment
- Integrated food-grade processing and assembly lines
